"CRM came to the rescue for me in getting furniture I purchased on-line
delivered and set up in my elderly aunts public housing apt. when she
had to dispose of what little furniture she had because of bed bugs. She
lives in Waltham and I am six hours away in Philly. Most of the
furniture was delivered by FedEx who left it at the door and they would
not move it into her apt. The shipper of the new large couch would only
take it into the apt. but not un-pack it or set it up. All of the six pieces
arrived over four different days as separate items. CRM responded on
short notice (within one hour of when I called to tell them FedEx had
delivered) to carry up each shipment she could not get into the apt. in
single pieces as they arrived so that they would not get stolen. They
even drove by the apartment after hours to make sure FedEx did not
leave it outside when they were late on a day when one of the items had
not yet been delivered. They were super courteous,helpful, flexible and
reasonably priced. Their service gave me the piece-of-mind that my aunt
was being taken care of as well as possible. I would recommend them to
anyone."
